Hinge for M5 Screw and Nut

Hinge for M5 Screw and Nut

Description

So I made a transport box for my Hawk DLG RC Glider and wanted some cool hinges, that had to have a set screw distance and that allowed the lid to be taken of. Thats why I used M5 Screws and Nuts. I would use a few more perimeters and a little bit more infill for maximum strenght. I also designed a mechanism that looks like a latch, but it is not. I use it for the opposite side of the lid, that does not need a latch, as a "locking mechanism". For one hinge you will need 2: M5 Nuts and 2: M5*34 hexhead screws (thread lenght: 30mm) Video: https://youtu.be/JrCBmaWA2SY
