BMG Aero Direct Extruder Mount for Anycubic Mega (S)

BMG Aero Direct Extruder Mount for Anycubic Mega (S)

Description

I found some mounts for Mellow's BMG Aero and Anycubic i3 Mega (S) but all of them was a bit disappointing. So I created one myself. With drag chains, LED light, integrated X belt tensioner an so on. I tried to use as much stock components as I can (including fans? heater block, X-head PCB). Also I used spine drag chain for heatbed, so used same parts for Z and X axes. I bought "Left" version of BMG Aero from MellowStore (Aliexpress). It was mistake, probably, because I had to move nozzle axis 14mm to right and lost about 10mm printing area at left side of the bed. But, should I buy "Right" variant, I would lose same 10mm from the right, so I guess, it's unavoidable. Parts I used: 1. BMG Aero from Mellow store + pancake motor (it have different pinout from other motors, by the way, be careful). 2. Titan all-metal throat (also Mellow) 3. Stock X-axis bearing and holders 4. Stock PCB from X-carriage. 5. Stock blower 4012 6. Sunon 4010 Fan. 7. Custom mainplate 8. Fanduct from XCarriage MK4 from ML3DPrinting (modified for different location and stock blower) 9. X-Belt Tensioner from Slaine013 (modified - fixed some error, added holes for brass inserts) + belt clips and ties 10. PCB holder from StaticRed (heavily modified - different placement, but needs for total reworking, as PCB should be mounted other way) 11. Spine chain system, including chain start and chain end (2 each), links and clips from Maxdarkdog (about 25 links, 50clips medium size) 12-14. Custom chain mounts for X, XZ and Z-Hotbed. 15-... Stock M3 bolts (10mm), other M3 nuts (for tensioner and fanduct), bolts (15-40mm, some included with BMGAero) and threaded brass inserts (4-5mm, about 10ps) Also thanks to RaptorHunter for BMG Aero model used as reference.
