Hinged Box
Description
Use a 1.25 mm wire (about 25-28 mm long) to act as the pivot of the hinge. I got it from the rings of an old notebook. Be careful when putting this together, it's somewhat difficult to do; however once it's in it becomes very smooth. The tray is needed if you use the box as I did, as a way to hold sockets. Otherwise, use the box as you will. The inside area measures 118.5 x 32.5 mm, minus the 5 mm fillets in the corners. The walls are 2 mm thick, slightly flexible but still strong. No supports required.
