R8 Collet & Arbor Rack
Description
A rack to hold up to 8 standard R8 collets and two larger R8 arbor'ed items like a chuck and a shell mill or fly cutter. Max diameter of the two larger items are 2" (50mm) and 2 3/4" (70mm) from left to right. You may be able to squeeze in something slightly larger but it'll be a tight fit. It's a nice chunky, strong rack for your heaviest milling implements. Attach to the wall using 4x #8 by 3" wood screws (or M4'ish by 75mm) and drywall anchors. Or anchor to your mill cabinet with bolts or sheet metal screws. Two versions are attached, a split version for most of us and a monolithic version for 12"+ printers. Print on the bottom sloped surface for best fillet quality and highest strength. Use support under the dovetail on the split version. I used multiple processes to concentrate infill from the screws to the top for strength, and to increase speed down lower.
