Headphone Stand
Description
A headphone stand that won't take a lot of desk space but has plenty of height for large headsets. Well balanced design can handle most bumps and snags without falling. Multi-piece design makes it easy to print on common printers. The built-in cord hanger comes with an optional slot to keep detachable microphones out of the way. Optional TPU inserts in the base keep the stand from scratching your desk or sliding around too much. Everything screws together for a durable and glue-free assembly (screws required, obviously). Hardware Required: > 12x M3 x 16mm screws (8 of these can be substituted for 12mm if need be) > 2x M3 x 10mm screws > 14x M3 Nuts > 4x M4 x 20mm screws > 4x M4 Washers > 4x M4 Nuts > 6x M2 x 10mm screws > 6x M2 Washers > 6x M2 Nuts Tips for Printing: > Everything will print in provided orientation. > Provided directions show which screws go where. > Do NOT use internal supports, they will fill the nut slots on the Hook. Supports from print bed are necessary. > AVOID brims at all cost on Base and Arms. Brims won't leave clean finish. > Some holes may end up tight due to printing inaccuracies. These issues can be resolved with a quick pass with a drill or a horizontal expansion setting in your slicer of between 0 and -0.2 mm (at least in Cura). > Foot Pads don't have to be TPU or printed at all. Rigid material will work as well. Use shorter screws for the feet if not using the Pads.
