Lock for Telescopic Extender (Imperial)
Description
Redesigned from the original for 1" and 3/4" pipes available from Ace Hardware. The friction lock has a stop that ensures the cone does not go too far in and cause damage to the lock or allow the small tube to end up rotating on the cone shaft. Print the friction lock in TPU with 50% cubic infill. Print the cone in PLA with 20% infill. Use an M6 x 50mm carriage bolt and m6 nut to assemble. Fully tighten up then use a mallet to hammer the cone shaft into the end of the small tube. Then loosen and slide into larger tube.
