Phantom 3 GPS to Gyroscope Mount
Description
I relocated the guts of my Phantom 3 onto an F450 frame. In the Phantom frame, the GPS is adhered to the inside of the top shell. I made this part to mount the GPS directly to, yet approximately the same distance from, the gyro. I used 3M VHB to mount the part to the gyroscope case. The GPS in the phantom is adhered to a thin foam layer with a super thin copper core. I cut out a circle of this material and placed it below the GPS module, it's adhesive but I used a dab of hot glue to keep everything in place.
