Diffuser for OLight S1R Baton II (several styles available)

Description

When not in use, these diffusers can be stored on the back-end of your flashlight. For a relatively snug fit, I added only 0.16mm to the measured 21.08mm diameter, so I'm not sure how it will turn out from your own printer. Note: When I printed with my red PLA, it was slightly too small compared with my white PLA. Scaling up the X & Y axis' by 0.62% in Cura quickly fixed that issue. You can try one of the smaller ones for size and scale it accordingly within your slicer, before printing either of the two taller ones. I've included a few different styles and sizes, but it should be fairly simple to scale up just the Z-axis in your slicer, if you're looking for Lightsabre length. When stored on the back-end, the domed ones end up adding around 11mm more to the overall length than the flat ones; however when in use the domed ones provide a nicer transition of light from the sides to the top without any extreme hotspots. The non-domed ones should be printed with the flat part sitting on your print-bed, while the domed ones print quite nicely with the dome up. I printed mine without any supports or brims; a layer height of 0.12mm; walls 1.2mm; infill set to 20%; and Ironing enabled. I'd recommend printing any of either the tall versions, as there's really no advantage to the shorter ones, other than they use less filament. Although it also might be useful to use the small flat one as simply a protective cap for your flashlight's lens. The tall open domed version when printed in red PLA, can possibly be used as both a red signal/warning wand, while providing a small white spotlight. One of the added benefits of the domed versions is that when capped on the rear of your flashlight, they help to stop the magnet from latching onto items in your pocket.
