Assembly Video https://youtu.be/mEYGW7PR6gE This is a 3D printed flashlight that uses conductive filament and a 9v battery to light the LEDs. I used these LEDs from Amazon and am pretty happy with the brightness, it's certainly usable as a flashlight - ;uxcell 20 Pcs High Power 2 Pin 3W White LED Bead Emitters 170-190Lm 6000K' My estimate of the resistance of the LED Block is around 350 when printed at 90% infill, you should verify yourself with a multimeter, You can adjust the resistance to some extent by lowering the infill - less infill = more resistance. The threads to attach the cap to the bottom are tight, I had to work the cap back and forth for a bit to get it screwed down. It needs to screw down far enough that the Reflector is pushing down on the LED block. Printing Instructions Most parts are printed in PLA at default/standard settings in their uploaded orientation. Insulator and ConductiveBlock should be Dual Extruded Insulator in PLA ConductiveBlock in Conductive Filament 80-95% Infill ** The Insulator and ConductiveBlock must be positioned and rotated as uploaded. BatteryCompartment requires supports Reflector should be printed in something shiny I recommend that BatteryCushion be printed in a soft TPU but PLA would work Diffuser should be printed clear and is optional
