Description
Vise Project to extend my mechanical knowledge, 15 pieces total. It has a 50mm max clamp aperture and supports a 42mm max table thickness. Built in Plastic can be used to block plastic models for painting and light drilling, project file included. Can be used to produce metal vise with a Metal 3D printer or converted to CNC project. No need to add supports, every face has angles that can be printed directly from bottom up. It needs 13 Screws M3 x 10mm length (with max 5mm head). Every insertion surface has .24mm offset. Use the numbering Scheme to print and mount. Better to print in Group Clamps + Knobs (01,02,11,12,14). For Parts 03,04,05,06,07,08: Infill 25% For Others (Clamps/screws/Knobs/Washer): Infill 70% - 80% Print Suggestion: - Print the Screws in vertical position (10,13) for print definition - Print the parts with big screws socket with the socket in vertical position (03,06,09) for print definition. - Print the Knobs in Horizontal Position for mechanical Strength and adhesion surface.
