Update der Extruderhaube ------------------------------- https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4745937 Das leidige Problem mit dem Flachbandkabel und der Extruderplatine. Zum einen tut der Steckverbindung die Hitze von Steppermotor und dem Druckbett nicht gut. Zum anderen ist die Bewegung ein weiterer Grund für die häufigen Kontaktprobleme, bist hin zum Verbrennen der Verbindung. Ich habe die Hinweise, die hier schon gebracht wurden aufgegriffen und eine Kombination gestaltet, die ich seither benutze. Die Distanzplatte gibt es in drei Ausführungen. Zwei für die ältere Variante der Motorbefestigung. Die eine direkt zum Einschrauben der Innensechskantschrauben M3. Die andere für Schraubenhülsen. Eine dritte für die neue Verbindung mit Aussparung. Die Kabelklemme ist für den Sidewinder wie für den Genius. Ebenso die Extruderhaube. Diese ist mit schlitzen zur Luftzirkulation versehen. Die Haube wird nur gesteckt. Die Kombination ist sehr Montage freundlich. Die Haube wird nur gesteckt und kann somit leicht entfernt werden. Da sich der zwischenrau am Motor verbreitert hat, kommt man besser an die Steckverbindungen. Auch ein komplettes Wechseln mittels der drei Schrauben am Schlitten ist jetzt viel leichter möglich.
