Floor heating Electric actuator Valve adapter (Orkli) M28x1
Description
This is an adapter for an Orkli floor heating panel valves modeled after the factory one completely from scratch. I've recently bought a floor heating electric actuator valve at Aliexpress, the valve is almost the same as my original Orkli brand one with some very small tolerance differences, but it comes with a M30x1.5 adapter used for a more common floor heating panel, my Orkli ones use a M28x1 adapter, there are some M30x1.5 to M28x1 adapters available but these add bulkiness and more parts to the design, so I came up with this one, just like the factory one. I've tuned the thread to be able to screw it directly after print with minimal force, and to work with both the original Orkli valve and a generic Aliexpress one (click firmly in place as this one needs a gentle push or it won't latch completely), please make sure your printer is fine-tuned since tolerances are very very tight.
