Chiron Z Wobble Stepper Support (Pillow)

#Z Axis Stabilizer ___ This fixed my z wobble. Designed for the Chiron with one side raised to work with the stepper mounting bracket. Also fixes: Flex couplers (depending on the type) can be compressed by the weight of the X-axis and wont do their job. => You can use the old coupling as a clamp or lock collar. Either rest it on the top bearing or directly on the pillow block. ___ ###What you need: m3x10 2x (Block + Stepper) m3x16 2x (Mounting bracked + Block + Stepper) 608(ZZ) bearing (tight fit, testprint top part first) ___ ###Tipps: V2 added holes to easy acces the screws leave everything loose and move a few times before you tighten watch for binding and add spacers if needed watch for excess movement in the rod and realign if needed When using flex coupling: pull the rod up a little before tightening the lock collar => no backlash ___ This is completly redesigned but i used the following thing as inspiration: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4262580 Also worth viewing : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Z7mZVvPlc8 Works great with: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3317509
