PodRacer (abullitt version Roll Cage Body and Baby Beast)
Description
The TBS Pod Racer has a super frame. But the stock body broke on me on my very first crash. The nylon is to thin a brittle for me. So I modified the source design to make some very, very tough bodies. Yes they are heavier. But they are going to last. Use MatterHackers Soft PLA 1.75. Extruder at 225F, Bed at 65F,Infill 100%, use Raft, use support material and speed 30mm/s. Don't use TPU, because you cannot get the supports off. I have been flying these two bodies, and they are great. If you want to make you own body, then download the official source STL (Source PodRacer - Pod), not the abullitt version. Then use Blender in sculpt mode and use the inflate brush, with Dyntopo checked. Then thicken as you see fit. Also for best results use 20mm M2 screws on the Baby Beast body. Also use a 20mm M2 on the front of the Roll Cage body.
