CR-10S Pro LED Strip Top Gantry Mount
Description
LED Light Strip Mount for the Top Gantry - specifically for CR-10S Pro v1/v2 - May/should work on other printers, just check length of rail. For me the [original](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3312232) (thanks @KenNox) was the best design I could find, unfortunately it didn't fit my LED strips and want to add lights at the back as well (maybe I have gone a bit overboard) so thought I would try remixing it. - Thought may as well also allow you to angle the rail as well. Also thanks to @MoonCactus - used [these GoPro mounts](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:62800) as the base. **NOTE:** The Rail is specifically for a 12mm wide LED strip & is quite tight (need to push through at an angle then press down to fully secure - i.e. does not need the tape to stick) **Features:** 1. Single or dual sided mounts (i.e. Front or Back only or Both). 2. Single or dual LED strip rails (dual is basically just 2 singles joined) - 310mm length. 3. There are 2 test files for the rail (1 x single & 1 x dual) - use this to test if your LED strip fits (quick 20mm length print). I believe they STL's are orientated for best print (in terms of speed/support usage) - I may be completely wrong - especially on the Rail(s) - Please comment if not (I am still learning) **Will Need:** 1. 12mm LED Strip & all other LED strip accessories needed to power, etc. a. NOTE: If you plug directly into power supply make sure the LED strip voltage matches the power supply (i.e. 24v for CR-10S Pro v2). 2. 2 x 3mm T-Nuts & screws(i.e. to hold the top mount in place) 3. 2 x 5mm Hex bolt & Nuts (i.e. GoPro bolts for mounting the rails to the mounts) **NOTE:** The above is for the dual mount, if you go for the single mount (& only 1), you just need 1 x 3mm T-Nuts & screw & 1 x 5mm Hex bolt & Nut **NOTE:** If you use the z-axis tensioner fix, you may need to cut into the mount so the belt does not bend/touch the mount **Disclaimer:** 1. I have not managed to print this yet (only done the test prints) - hopefully soon though. 2. I take no responsibility if anything goes wrong.
