This is a replica of figure B from the box "Dwellers Below", number 2012 from Grenadier (see http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~tpope/sol/grenadier/images/2012.jpg ) Reproduced using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1762299 The Intellect Devourer first appeared in the AD&D Monster Manual (1977). It was later "revealed" that they were created by the Illithids.
