FLSUN QQs PRO Belt Tensioner Bracket
Description
Simple bracket for the QQ-S Pro pulley tensioner. The pulley on the QQ-S is not held properly and can rotate in the socket putting a slight twist in the belt drive. If your belts are not perfectly aligned and tensioned homogeneously on a delta, the printer will not perform as it should and print quality and bed leveling will be affected. This little bracket slides over the pulley and prevents the pulley from rotating as tension is applied to the belts through the thumb screw. It locks into place with zero play. Please Note: Make sure that the square nut on top of each pulley is square to the pulley frame or this bracket will not align. Make sure you align the nut and that it is screwed tight onto the bolt or your tensioner will have slack. I printed this on a QQ-S Pro in PLA with a 0.8mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height. No supports required. Part has been optimized for printing with a 0.4mm or 0.8mm nozzle.
