WLToys 12428 Crawler Conversion Push Bumper (Fits SCX10 Clone)

Hi guys, This is a push bumper for an my WLToys 12428 crawler conversion or an SCX10 clone. It's set up to work with the body as I mounted it, which is a little more forward than many. You can stretch the mounts as needed using whatever tool works for you. 3D Builder in Windows 10 isn't too hard to learn and is capable of a lot. I included two push bars, one with holes, one without. Printing the parts lying flat gives the strongest parts. The hot glue in the pics is for a couple of cracks that I created by torquing the screws a little to vigorously without the holes being spot on in my prototypes. You can go with the one piece if you want, but durability will suffer. This bad boy would work really well with the mount in PLA and the rest in TPU or other flexible filament, but mine is all PLA and has held up well so far. I've got some more 1/10 scale bumpers coming and they have all worked pretty well for me. Worst case, a little hot glue gets them back to serviceable pretty easily, but they hold up fine unless you really beat on them. I like the look of the bars where the are, but they are mounted right at the width of the frame rails so the amount of meat available at the mount point is a little limited. Stretching the mount and the stub bumper would let you do whatever you want. The cross bar is glued to the push bars. The screws are M2.5. 4x8mm and 2x20mm. For max durability, add some hot glue to the joints between the mount and the push bars. Use at your own risk. Wrench to drive or drive to wrench?
