Kink Free 90° Hose Bend - Remix for 1" Hose
Description
I had a friend from work ask for a 90° hose bender for his fast-fill gas containers he uses on his four wheelers and side by side. Thanks to mikejsmith1985's design, I was able to scale it up in Fusion 360 to fit a 1" hose. I also added some "view ports" through the sides of the hose bender. Note: The file as shown is 1 piece but I cut it in half on PrusaSlicer and printed it as 2 separate pieces, with the intention to zip-tie the pieces together once placed over the hose. Fusion 360 file is included. Printed on a Prusa Mini in Prusament Carmine Red PETG with a .6mm nozzle - it took ~2 1/2 hours to print.
