Valterra Hand Water Pump Repair
Description
The Valterra hand water pump is popular because of it's price and simplicity, but it has a common failure in that the brittle plastic housing cracks easily and then it leaks water. This part repairs the pump pretty easily. Super glue the housing back together and clamp it in place to restore the housings shape. Then rough up the housing so epoxy will stick well to it. Print this part and epoxy it over the cracked part of the housing. This part holds the epoxy in place until cured and provides a little structural support, but the epoxy is really providing the strength. Reassemble normally. This part has repaired my pump and has remained working thru several camping trips now.
