Ender 3 v2 PSU Cover - Segmented

Ender 3 v2 PSU Cover - Segmented

Description

This is a remix of Ender 3 v2 PSU cover silent mod by sectorone. It didn't fit well within the bed limits, so I chopped it up to make it more printable. You will want 2 M3x8 screws to secure the panels together. May need a 3mm tap to get some good threading. I originally made this with 3 screw sockets rather than 2, but some of them got in the way of parts of the PSU so I reduced it to 2. I have only printed the 3 screw version, and used super glue to secure the panels together (with the screws tightened), then cut off the screw sockets to make it fit. Hopefully this version will fit without needing to do that, but that is an option if it doesn't. I included a couple versions of the right side of the panel, the 'open' version is closest to the stock design. I included the other versions for those who moved their PSU assembly. One is just closed off and the other has an opening for an AC panel mounted outlet such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/RuiLing-Black-Industrial-Outlet-Socket/dp/B07QCT8K49 I used a 92mm noctura fan for this, but it would be great to see some edits of the fan panel to accommodate other needs! Tinker CAD link for those who want to create remixes: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6EFNVq4ivqU If you are mounting the PSU like I did in the picture, I did need to drill a hole in the top of the PSU frame/assembly to accommodate a screw in a different place since it would otherwise only be supported by a single screw near the top.
