Settlers of Catan Organizer inserts (Nordic/EU versions)

### I finally got around to organizing my Settlers of Catan a bit, prioritized remixing the following 3 parts: - Remixed Card tray to accomodate the nordic/EU card size - Remixed player tray with dividers (fits all pieces from both Cities & Knights and Seafarers expansion) - Remixed Hex holder to accomodate more hex pr holder.
