Moisture-proof barrel filament feeder
Description
I designed it to be as easy and cheap as possible, and to protect the filament from moisture. In addition to these 3D printed parts, you'll need a barrel-shaped moisture-proof case, a few sets of 3mm bolts and nuts, and some silica-gel. I used the pickle barrels sold in Japan. https://www.risu.co.jp/risu-corp/search/t000100018424.html?fbclid=IwAR1VN7YBrXZ45orWttAlkbUKS1juxckZuCQLR2_04SUaCXKv_IlZfbsknnw This filament spooler ran very smoothly, even without the use of metal bearings and such. It's not a complete vacuum, but as you can see from the photos, even during the printing process, the silica gel kept the humidity in the barrel fairly low, at 19% compared to 60% in my room, as you can see from the photos.
