Titan Aero Genius / Sidewinder
Description
Changing the heatbreak I got a problem in the default extruder and I the replacement and time to arrived was too expensive and long. So I bought the Titan Aero Clone from TriangleLabs hoping that this will fit correctly in the current mount, unfortunately wasn't. I tried this mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4199867 and worked awesome at the beginning, but the motor stepper get so hot in prints with a lot of retractions and finally it melt the plastic of the mount (I used PETG). So I decided to use the original mount of plastic and motor that comes with the extruder. There is 2 mounts, one with 12 mm Probe mount and the other without Probe (it will need to remove the plastic cover at the left endstop for X) and a little bit wider to avoid the extruder fan to hit in the left hand plastic. I used the old heatsink from Artillery in the motor and I put the board on top of that. I added a extra support to mount a little fan 2510 to cool down the motor. The mount for the front fits perfectly with this set and the position of the fan for the plastic is exactly the same as original of Artillery, so you can use all set of Fan that you will find for the default extruder.
