zAnt Feeders
Description
In the proper place, ants are our friends. Elsewhere, they are an intolerable foe. If you love 'em, then here is a feeder. Fill with a 1:6 - 1:12 sugar : water (S:W) solution. If 'not so much at the moment,' then simply add a healthy helping (B:S:W 1:3:12 - 1:5:15) of Borax. Substitute honey, for sugar, if the ants catch-on. Also created a "super sized" (95mm) version, for those 'homesteading, in the tropics. Cha-cha cha! p.s. The solution is designed to penetrate the nest, so do be patient: Wait 24 hours for the queen to officially "abdicate." Then the oompa-loompas stop showing up, the party is over. ;)
