Mindfulness Prisms
Description
In the current age of isolation, time has become meaningless. Days are identical. Stop living every day on repeat. Be mindful of each passing day and watch time flow. By shifting the prisms every day remind yourself that today is a new day and have hope. Move all prisms to the right, then move the one at the edge to the back and rotate 120 degrees. The prisms should be reset in yesterday today tomorrow form.
