Description
These raiser blocks complement the Leg Retainers from DIY3DTech. To engrave anything taller than 1/2" you need to raise the Laser Head/Machine. Normally you would shim the machine with a block of wood (or similar, and no longer use the leg retainers, but the machine can then move around. That can cause poor (ugly) laser engraving, or worse, shut the machine off from the movement safety feature. These raiser blocks fit over their Leg Retainers and can lift the machine from 1.0 Inch to 3.0 inches, in one-inch increments (You can lift the machine higher if you print more blocks) Think Lego Laser Extensions that also stack together for easy storage! PS I made it in Inch Units. If your machine is Metric, multiply it by some multiple of 25.4 (Normally 2540)
