140mm Aquarium Fan Bracket
Description
I designed a 140mm fan shroud that holds onto the edge of your glass tank! (Up to 1/2" thick) It provides me over 3 degrees of cooling on a 90g aquarium, using a Noctua 140mm IP67 3000rpm fan. The 3000rpm fan is somewhat loud, but you can also get the 2000rpm fan or use their inline speed controller. It is waterproof and has really good warranty. The two-piece design is the only way to avoid supports- otherwise it would take days to print. There is a locating feature to prevent air from getting through the tiny gap. Print one left side, and one right side. You will also need 2x M3 Nylock Nuts, and 2x 16mm Nylon Screws. I also recommend installing a 140mm fan grille so you don't lose any digits.
