Leaf ice-cube mold
Description
So one funky thing about 3d printing is you might want to make something that would touch food, and in general 3d printing is not very food safe. Even if you use the right plastic, it will always have pores where bacteria can hide, and it will always be dicey at best. So your best bet as far as I know is to 3d print a mold that you use to shape a mold. A mold of a mold. SO if you wanted a leaf-shaped ice cube, you might be interested in this. Good for fall themed drinks. Or if you are Canadian. Or if you are into maple leaves. No judgie. Anyway, I have been using https://www.makeyourownmolds.com/shop/copyflex/ this material to make the mold, and 3d printing the mold to make the mold with any old plastic I have around. So I'm thinking ice cubes, but I bet chocolate would be fine too. Anything that needs a food-safe mold.
