Schumacher C2000 Rear Pivot Blocks/Hinge Mounts
Description
Rear pivot blocks/hinge mounts for a variety of Schumacher 2000-Series vehicles (U1434Z) - Cougar 2000, Storm 2000, and CAT 2000. I have uploaded several variations with different amounts of Anti-Squat. There have been multiple versions of these - but the standard version had approximately 1.4 degrees of anti-squat which could be changed by filing/removing material or adding shims. 0-5 - 0.5 degree 1 - 1 degree 1-4 - 1.4 degree ("stock") 1-5 - 1.5 degree 2 - 2 degree 2.5 - 2.5 degree The part is designed to be used with M3 hardware, so please tap the mounting holes with a M3 tap. It may be compatible with the self-tapping kit screws but resizing the holes may be a better option if you want to stick with kit hardware (~2.6 mm). The hinge pin hole should be reamed with a 1/8" bit. UPDATE 11/29/20: Original design was printed and test fit and my suspicions were confirmed that the inner mounting screw was angled. I have adjusted all versions to account for this angle, printed this version and confirmed fit up is correct. You may need to lightly file the outside of the hinge area for free movement but very little is needed (due to the angled face). I removed the original files but if you'd like them let me know.
