RAM mount for Kenwood TH-D74 ham radio

September 2020 From: Randy - W4LKS Holder for Kenwood TH-D74 handheld ham radio designed to attach to a RAM mount to allow mounting on handlebars, dashboard, windshield, etc. Requires a RAM diamond base like this one: https://www.rammount.com/part/RAP-B-238U And, of course, you'll need a corresponding RAM mount that attaches to your dashboard, handlebars, windsheild or wherever you want to mount. Uses industry standard AMPS hole pattern. Holds the radio securely and allows access to wall wart charging port and other ports. Depends on the belt clip to hold it securely. I'd print this with 50% or more infill, to increase strength. Especially if mounting on motorcycle handlebars. See my other designs for radio holders and desk stands. Just search for my callsign.
