Geeetech A30 w/ SKR1.4T Control Box Eliminator
Description
Remix of HeyRay2's CR-10 control box eliminator, reworked to fit the slightly larger Geeetech A30 frame. Fixed some mesh issues with the vents, moved some holes around and expanded so that the entire finished box matches the correct dimensions for the Geeetech A30. This was a complete rebuild of my Geeetech A30 that included a new Bigtreetech SKR 1.4 Turbo main board and TFT35 v3.0 screen, Raspberry Pi 4, new Meanwell power supply & a new mosfet for the heated bed. I did make some adjustments to allow reusing parts from the original Geeetech A30 control box like the power switch, 120V AC power socket & the rubber grommet from where the motor and endstop cables exit the box. I've left most of the component mounting holes for auxiliary components (mosfets, 5V DC-DC power supply for the raspberry Pi, etc) the same as HeyRay2's original design so the spacing between those holes may or may not fit whichever components you end up using. For most of these. There's lots of zip-tie points though, so securing things isn't too difficult if one side of a mosfet or DC-DC doesn't have a screw hole that matches up with the correct location. Or feel free to modify it as you wish! If you wish to use this with a stock Geeetech A30 board, or with a different model Raspberry Pi, you will need to adjust the cutouts on the back and mounting holes as appropriate.
