Exhaust Fan Louver
Description
I noticed that the three louvers on my bathroom exhaust on my home that was installed in 1997 were looking a bit worn. Upon closer inspection I was surprised that they hadn't fallen completely out as they were weathered and thin and cracked or broken in places. I removed one and brought it inside and used the calipers to determine dimensions and created a replacement in Fusion 360. It took about an hour to print the first one, which I used to test for size and it was a perfect fit and opened when the fan came on and closed nicely when the fan cut off. I then printed two more which I installed and tested with great success.
