ADKS - Ender 3 Rear Case v3 (No supports needed)
Description
**12 October 2020 - What’s new** Brand new design. Center positioned, with more internal room for better cable management. Side cable ducts. The motherboard is rotated 90 degrees to improve the SD/USB accessibility. 40x20 Fan installed vertically, without screws (airflow from the inside to the outside of the case). The case can also be installed on the front of the printer turning it into a front case. No supports needed (please check out the slicing software pictures attached). The pictures show the case for the Ender 3 Pro version (wider Y-axis). For the Ender 3 Standard version, please check out the files with the final "S" in the name. Compatible with the Ender 3 stock motherboard and with other models with the same form factor (for example SKR mini e3). The case was designed to slide easily. If you want more grip, please add some tape on the side rails. Please note that Z and Y End Stop connection cables must be swapped to install the case in the rear position. A bunch of M3x8 screws is required. Editable files are available for download. Yes, they are. **The concept** The idea is to create an additional case mirrored on the front of the printer as well, to accommodate all the other electronics such as Raspberry Pi, buck converters, switches, and more that you may want to install.
