HOTAS Throttle (modular)

HOTAS Throttle (modular)

Description

https://youtu.be/n3XZQ9La7l0 Sliding throttle for PC. I made this modular because of my small printer (ender 2). Its also easier to customize to your needs. For the electronics is used an old flightstick. U could use a different microcontroller, for example arduino micro pro or u could extend the potentiometer from your flightstick. For the bottom 2 tubes i used a 12mm aluminum pipe. The slider rods are 8mm. I glued 4 linear bearings onto the grip base, 2 on each side. U could also print out these bearings (example https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1811769/files) The grip can be used with left or right hand. I need to design end caps with buttons (w.i.p) The grip connects with 12mm pipe to the grip base, which can be used to get wires for buttons through. There are two more holes on the Grip and base to connect it with pieces of 8mm rods. I made the holes for the slider rods bigger on purpose. This way u can level the rods easier by using the grip base to get the correct amount of smoothness. You'll of course need to glue the rods in place.
