Just Print and insert the hook to the blank.(i tried to print as one piece, but then the hook breaks as you apply force to it because of the bending force is equal to the layer direction) I had another model than that of Zipfl0815 in my T4 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4270663 I modified it keeping its idea
