Grooved Dowel Pins and Biscuit Joiners - Most Common Sizes, Ready to Print

Description

Just a simple collection of the most common sizes of grooved dowels and biscuit joiners. I use them for all kinds of woodworking projects (currently building beehives). This won't replace the 100 pcs/pack for your next project but in my experience is extremely helpful when running out of dowels or biscuits during the project or when I just need a size that I don't have around. If you are not familiar with biscuit joiners, they basically work like flat dowels. The good thing is they are much faster to work with and more forgiving when it comes to the precise location of the drill (in this case cut). However, what you need is <a href="https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_eLh47l">a simple machine like this one</a> The biscuit joiners come in 5 flavors: - Size H9: 38 x 12 x 3 mm - Size 0: 47 x 15 x 4 mm / 1-27/32" x 5/8" x 19/128" - Size 10: 53 x 19 x 4 mm / 2-1/8" x 3/4" x 19/128" - Size 20: 56 x 23 x 4 mm / 2-3/8" x 1" x 19/128" - Size S6: 85 x 30 x 4 mm The grooved dowel pins come in 6 flavors: - 6 x 25 mm - 6 x 30 mm - 8 x 30 mm - 8 x 40 mm - 10 x 40 mm - 10 x 50 mm Should be a simple print. - I print all mine using a <a href="https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_99SlSf">super cheap, strong, and easy to print Carbon Fiber PLA </a>but any strong filament will do. - Print at 0.2+ resolution and with 30%+ infill. No supports or build plate adhesion needed (I deliberately have left the bottom of the dowels without chamfer, so they stick better to the plate but you may have to try, particularly with the smaller sizes). Hope you like it and if you like it, please like it. Enjoy!
