Flexible Vat Cover for Resin
Description
Here are Vat covers for resin printers to be printed in TPU Use this if you have extra vats and want to store your vat with resin or without to keep dust from coming in. Print two to protect bottom FEP as well. I have made 2 versions til now: 178x120 for the Mars Pro2 and Mars, and 180x120 for the Epax X1. These should fit many vats, if you have another common size vat please let me know and I can make a model. Its also possible to scale in slicer. I love SainSmart TPU as its flexible enough to bend but rigid enough to keep form Print flat face down, 100% infill and no supports, easy print. Cost about $1.50 each cover in materials. If your printer prints too large, in slicer scale down by 0.1%, if too tight scale up. As they are designed they fit snug but easy to put on and off.
