Description
I am currently printing this out at the moment and had a hell of a time trying to get the barrel 2 to print properly, there is an air gap where barrel 2 holds barrel one I understand this is an aesthetic and makes it look nice, but I just couldn't get it to print. this goes for both the original and the remix, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3467572 I used that barrel design here as the chamfer on the end is a nice feature. All I did for the Barrel 2 was to drop that section to the build place so it would adhere, a little Dremel or sanding can reprofile it. - Added a new grip base, I didn't need the loop on the grip so I removed it. - Added a new reload 1/2 combined barrel, as this broke right out of the gate there is no reason for it to be completely hollow, I filled it and left a gap at the bottom to look somewhat hollow and so it can be printed without support. Print this with a high level of infill since it is a vulnerable part (Barrel 2 support fix) This was combined as for the show it was just for looks anyhow as the show uses a rimmed cartridge based setup and not paper powder charge - Added a split version of the one piece hammer, I notched the top to allow for a moving cylinder and I raised the base a tad so that hammer clears the cylinder on the top curve (this part is untested at the moment) - Added another improved barrel 2 with more clearance for barrel 1 (barrel 2 prototype) (untested) Enjoy!
