iPhone Magsafe Stand (updated)
Description
A stand which fits the Magsafe Charger for iPhones. Allows you to easily snap it on and take it off again, while charging at the same time. You can also rotate your phone 90 degrees to watch horizontal stuff. # Version 2 - Changed tilt to 65 degrees instead of 45 - Added magnet holder which can be used to hold the phone instead of the Magsafe charger (also fits in the old version) # Magnet holder The magnet holder allows you to mount your phone on this stand without the Magsafe charger. All you need is 9 neodymium magnets with a diameter of 1cm and a thickness of 2mm as well as one M3 screw to mount the holder to the stand. To place the magnets in the holder, I recommend you to do the following: 1. Lay your iPhone screen-down on the table and place the magnet holder on the back, centered on the apple logo 2. Have all your magnets in a stack and start by placing the top one in the 11 o'clock spot in the holder 3. Take note if the magnet snaps in place or if it wants to rotate. If it rotates, you need to rotate all the other magnets from the stack. 4. Place the magnets in the holder counter clockwise and always hold down the last one while placing the next. Since you are doing this on the back of your iPhone, the circular magnet will hold them in place, but not when a magnet approaches from above. You need to place all magnets in the same orientation, otherwise the holder will not work, since some of the magnets repel the phone, while others attract it. 5. If you have placed all nine magnets, place the magnet cover while the assembly is still on the back of your phone. If the cover is in place, you can lift everything off and screw it onto the holder. 6. (optional) If you have an additional magnet, you can slide it over the underside of the holder to check if all magnets are oriented correctly.
