MPCNC Laser alignment

MPCNC Laser alignment

Description

A laser addon for the MPCNC Burly F version. Not the Primo version! The idea was to use have a deattachable line laser for the cnc, to get a roughly good aligned workpieces to the x or y axis. "Deattachable", because I didn't want to add more cables to one side and the shortes cable length would result in an eye-sight laser beam. Which i dont recommend for future users at all! I had some 18650 batteries and TP4056 laying around and the idea was born. Thx to Alex Yang for his "N in 1 18650 TP4056 Charger", which can be found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2847497 BOM: 1x 18650 [affiliate link](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08LC8P31S/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=spinne06-21&camp=1638&creative=6742&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B08LC8P31S&linkId=369a0478a094a6026eb24e744d15f10a) 1x line Lasermodul [affiliate link](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07QDS8XZT/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1638&creative=6742&creativeASIN=B07QDS8XZT&linkCode=as2&tag=spinne06-21&linkId=760a23c90df3b7e8f5af299e1bfd50d6) 1x TP4056 [affiliate link](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07Z6KY4XY/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=spinne06-21&camp=1638&creative=6742&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B07Z6KY4XY&linkId=1667172ff1655d31dfbf25e74f10626d) 1x microswitch max 4mm x 9,5mm slide switch [affiliate link](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07RWJZYVM/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=spinne06-21&camp=1638&creative=6742&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B07RWJZYVM&linkId=0c5bc88bc4abfcbb1bef08e961011751) 1x M3x30 screw+nut [affiliate link](https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07PPFT871/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=spinne06-21&camp=1638&creative=6742&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B07PPFT871&linkId=b71585e3ac7d4b6f64041371dfa57a30) some cables for wireing 1. Insert the M8 nuts into the "MPCNC_laseraddon_AdapterV1" and mount it to the bottom side of the roller 2.Insert the M3 nut to the extra hole inside the hole, where the laser is going to be inserted. The M3 screw can be used to secure the nut. Later this will fixating the laser module 3. Solder the components according to the schematic diagram. recommendation: at first solder the wires for the switch and pull them through the extra hole for the switch. For the batterie contact pads I've been using stranded wire. Use a lot of solder and spread the little wires, to form a big contact pad. 4. If needed, glue the TP4056 to the plate.
