Anycubic I3 Mega Direct Drive - Titan improved Version

Anycubic I3 Mega Direct Drive - Titan improved Version

Description

+++++++++++++++++++with front Steppermotor+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ !!! ATTENTION !!! NEW VERSION is online: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4675591 This is another Midnight Project, to improve Direct Drive Version of an Titan Aero for Anycubic I3 MEGA or MEGA S. Every downloadable Version had some little annoying details, that I would like to solve at my own Way. So this means: 1. no Metalplate from Anycubic is necessary 2. Belt holder 3. Cable management and PCB holder if you use a stock stepper motor or a slim one like I do, and if you use a heat sink on it, you need more distance to the end stop. So I designed a little bracket, easily mount on the end stop plate. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Improvements: * New Backplate which can be used instead of the Anycuibic original one (Metal). You save a lot of weight. * faster Speeds and Movements are possible * mount directly to the bearing gliders * better cable Management to avoid breaking them * new PCB holder * new belt mount ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Speed Settings in CURA 4.7.1: * Outer Wall Speed 30 mm/s, acceleration 800. * Inner Wall Speed 60 mm/s, acceleration 1500. * Infill speed 80 - 100 mm/s (it depends), acceleration 3000. * Default printing speed 60 mm/s, default acceleration 3000. * Travel speed 200 mm/s, acceleration 4000. * Top/Bottom Solid fill speed 30 mm/s, acceleration 3000. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Some Info regarding printing and Material. I use ASA to print parts for my printer e.g. Printhead or simmiliar. ------------------------------------------- Hotend FAN can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3710090 Part FAN: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4361102 Printing Instructions: Every Parts you print in ASA or ABS or simmilar Filament that tends to warp, use a RAFT !! ------------------------------ Mainboard stl: Resolution: 0.2 Filament Type: ASA Heatbed: 115° Speed: 60mm/s no cooling no Support is needed RAFT: Yes ------------------------------ cable Mgmt stl: Resolution: 0.2 Filament Type: ASA or PLA Heatbed: 115°/75° Speed: 60mm/s no cooling No Support is needed RAFT: No ------------------------------ endstopbraket.stl: Resolution: 0.2 Filament Type: PLA Heatbed: 75° Speed: 60mm/s cooling no/yes No Support is needed RAFT: No ------------------------------ Belt_holder stl: Resolution: 0.2 Filament Type: ASA Heatbed: 115° Speed: 60mm/s cooling no/ No Support is needed RAFT: Yes ------------------------------ PCB_holder stl: Resolution: 0.2 Filament Type: ASA or PLA Heatbed: 115°/75° Speed: 60mm/s cooling no/Yes Support is needed RAFT: Yes/No ------------------------------
