100-Piece 3D Jigsaw puzzle with a travel case so you can work on the puzzle in a car/plane/boat/wherever! The lid doubles as a solid surface with a slight lip to keep the puzzle from sliding too much and you can keep the rest of the pieces in the box so you don't lose any. Difficulty: Medium Size: 100 Pieces Print Settings: Program: Cura Quality: 0.16mm Top Layers: 4 Layers Bottom Layers: 4 Layers Infill: 20% Printing Temp: 200 C Bed Temp: 60 C Initial Layer Speed: 20 mm/s (This was to set the piece shapes perfectly) Number of Slow Layers: 2 Plate Adhesion: Brim w/ 7 lines This puzzle can easily accommodate modifications to the lid and box as well. (Shown in pictures: The name "Maddie" has been installed in the lid for a personal touch) Easy way to add Personalizations: 1) Open Lid/Box in TinkerCAD 2) Create Text or Shape and make it a "hole" 3) Try to only go 4mm into the Lid/Box to prevent damaging the structural integrity of the Lid/Box. 4) Set the "Bevel" of the Text or Object to 0.2 to allow some space when putting the pieces together. 5) Copy the added Text/Object to another file and create the 3D object without the bevel to print seperately. 6) After printing these pieces separate from the Lid/Box, they should be easy to install in the Lid/Box!
