Suzuki GSXR1100 W Carb To Airbox Adaptors
Description
The stock carburetor to airbox rubbers we have on our Suzuki GSXR1100 W is a real pain to get over the carbs and then to secure in place. I redesigned them, giving them a large ID to for an easy but snug fit over the carbs. I then went further and opened them up to the OD of the carb intakes so that the only restriction becomes the carb itself. I also follow the same principles as seen on many other bikes with a slight bell mouth and the longer inner 2 and shorter outer 2. Unfortunately you will need to cut the holes for the rubbers in the airbox larger using the template included herewith. Please note this has not been tested yet so it is unknow it this point of the bell-mouths will flex enough to get through the holes. As of 2020/11/04 this has not been tested yet as the engine still needs to be fixed and reinstalled into the bike.
