QRPLabs QCP+ internal battery holder and storage
Description
I've bought a QCX+ CW transmitter and I told myself that the case is really nice, but what a waste of space ! So I decided to install a battery pack of 3x 18650 2600mAh lithium cells on a printed plate, and there is also a space to store my CW key (which I printed too). If you want to enjoy the CW key compartment, you'll have to cut the top of the aluminium case. Anyway, the 3D printed plate can be also used even you don't plan to cut the case. You need to install 10mm spacers in order to mount at the right height the plate. It's a bit of a tight fit, so check your printer settings before printing it.
