Voron 1.6 direct mod (BMG+Mosquito)
Description
Direct mod for Voron 1.6 and Mosquito (Mellow Crazy NF) hotend. 303010 fan for hotend and 404010 turbines for cooling. You need this parts, BMG (or Titan) clone from Aliexpress with plastic base, 6 M3x12, 2 M3 nuts. 2 M2.5x8 and PTFE bowden tube (near of 2cm) to mount mosquito. -Drill plastic base under you extruder to mount effector, 4mm directly under filament out hole of your feeder and 2 holes for M2.5 symetricaly around it. -Mount hotend to plastic base. -Put PTFE into insert, and by knife cut PTFE until you can mout BMG with Nema17 to plastic base. -Mount 303010 fan with 2 M3x12 and 2 nuts. -Get a M3 thread in printed base. -Mount plastic base to printed base. -Mount turbines by M2.5 to printed base. -Mount mod to Voron 1.6.
