Z axis end stop limit switch mount for Anet E16 & Anet E12
Description
I installed anti-backlash springs in the z axis rods for my Anet E16 3d printer, so i needed to offset the limit switch, but the stock mount for z axis end stop switch didn't offered much adjustment. Also, the design that Anet uses is much more complicated to construct and isn't properly mounted, because it uses M2 bolts whithout a nut. I designed the simplest and the most efficient mount, that uses two M3 bolts and nuts to mount the limit switch and one M5 bolt with M5 sliding nut to mount the design to the frame. In addition, you have to open M3 holes to the limit switch, but don't worry it is very easy. The design can be easily 3d printed and also constructed from a sheet metal (aluminium or steel) with the use of 2 drills ( M3 &M5) and 1 angle grinder, you will find all the dimensions needed in the pdf file. For the old mount you can either cut it, or 3d print the z-motor mount that i will also post(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4653648). I tried to install the new z-motor mount but one of the screws was faulty and i couldn't remove it, so i just cut the old end stop mount
