UVC Room Virus Air Cleaner (CleanAir)
Description
These are the all the .stl files published for the CleanAir Device Created by MaibornWolff as an open source project which you can find here: [GitHub.com](https://github.com/MaibornWolff/clean-air) There are three different version within this project. None of the parts exceed a size of 22x22cm so almost everyone should be able to print a unit by their own. - a fully 3D printable CleanAir device - a wood-hybrid - an aluminum-hybrid version. The parts u'll need to print are listed in the .txt files. A documentation for the assembly will follow within the next few days on the github repository. It is recommended to print the parts in at least PETG to withstand the UVC light. The recommeded material (at least for the "lichtschutz" part) is ASA since should withstand UV(C) light. The "honeycomb" part can be printed by any material since it is not in the UVC range. All of the other parts were wrapped by selfadhesive aluminum foil so in theory the material should not matter aswell. But better safe than sorry. The files may need to be scaled times ten in your slicer, something is messed up with the CAD settings. In total the device should be less than 200€ including all parts (with 2x 55W UVC lamps, you are able to use up to 4 lamps with max 95W but this will be more expensive) #### WARNING #### This device uses UV-C lamps which will damage skin and eyes. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT TURN THE LAMPS ON OUTSIDE THE CASING! Furthermore be aware of working with High Voltage for the lamps. CAUTION HIGH VOLTAGE!
