Worx M500 WR141E 2019+ larger disc with 2, 3, 4 or 6 blades.

Description

The original Worx cutting disc size is 145mm, with original blades the full cutting width is 175mm. There are other versions around but mostly for older Landroids. I wanted to create my own and also make some changes to the original design, which can cause grass buildup below the blades locking them in place, which disables a safety feature, because the blades won't swing back when it hits something. I think this was caused by all the ridges and holes surrounding the blades. My version is smooth, which will allow less grass to get stuck between the disc and the blade. It is still untested and in the design fase. !!! USE ALL THESE DESIGNS ON YOUR OWN RISK, SOME OF THE VERSIONS COULD DAMAGE THE LANDROID !!! I will make different dimensions for different applications, each will have a 2, 3, 4 or 6 blade version: - 189mm disc, 220mm cutting width (+26%) (THIS ONE COULD DAMAGE THE LANDROID): this is the largest that can fit on the Landroid, can only be used with the lowest two disc settings. Guard removed. But it is very close to the front wheel and the sides of the Landroid, due to flex on the sides there is a very big risk of damaging the Landroid when it hits something with the cut to edge side. - 169mm disc, 200mm cutting width (+15%): can only be used with the lowest three disc settings. Guard removed. But shouldn't damage the Landroid's sides or wheels. - 149mm disc, 179mm cutting width (+2%): The maximum you could have with the guard on. Can be used on all cut height settings I used the folowing nut's and bolts to mount: To mount the disc and spacer to the motor: 3x M4x16mm hex with washers. To mount the blades to the disc: M5x12mm Button head hex, and M5 nut If holes are too tight you can drill them out by hand with a 4 or 5mm drillbit depending the hole size.
