Satsana with BLtouch for Ender 5 (updated)
Description
---------------------------------------------- UPDATE v2 -------------------------------------------------- I replaced my hotend with a microswiss (clone) and a steel nozzle, so I decided to make some changes to my remix. The new version is 3 mm shorter where there is the hotend so we can use the entire length of the plate (it comes almost in contact with the edge). You have to loosen the X-axis belt to slightly bend the belt end behind the 5015 fan (see photo), otherwise it pushes the funduct. Now you can take advantage of the 5mm height adjustment as per the original project, the arm to connect the BLTouch has been redone. Enlarged the hole for the cable passage and now it is no longer necessary to disassemble them. The tolerance of the cable cover has been further improved and now it can be easily removed and reassembled. The new files have the name v2 at the end. Hope you like it. NB: it is not suitable for Ender3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just my remix of the excellent work of eric-anastas: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4528533 and max_davis: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4548894 Modified to be installed on an Ender5 / Pro with the connection for the BLtouch / 3DTouch. I created a hole for the passage of the BLtouch cables, added an opening to make them pass together with the other cables and make everything cleaner. Check my neat cabling: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4664941 and vertical extruder mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4733307 OLD (see the new version): To pass the BLtouch cables through the hole you have to remove them from the connector. I also modified the fan duct cable cap with a little more tolerances. BLtouch offset values should be: -48.5, -15 I hope it will be useful for other Ender5 owners. Post a photo if you decide to use it ;)
